What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Real Buyer Experiences (realbuyerexperiences.com) uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to help it work, to remember your preferences, or to understand how the site is used. Similar technologies (such as pixels, tags, and local storage) work in comparable ways. We refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy.
The types of cookies we use
We keep our use of cookies limited. The main categories are:
1. Strictly necessary cookies. These are needed for the Site to function and to stay secure. This includes cookies set by our security and content-delivery provider, Cloudflare (for example, bot detection and performance), and, where used, a cookie that remembers your cookie-consent choice.
2. Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics, deployed through Google Tag Manager (GTM), to understand how visitors find and use the Site so we can improve our content. These cookies collect information such as which pages you visit, how long you stay, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. This data is pseudonymous — we do not use it to identify you by name.
We do not currently use cookies to serve personalized advertising on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
For a table listing specific cookie names, providers, and durations, see the cookie summary in our Privacy Policy.
Our consent approach
Where the law requires it (for example, in much of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies such as analytics cookies. You can typically give or refuse consent through the cookie banner or settings shown when you first visit, and you can change your choice at any time. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
Managing and disabling cookies
You have several ways to control cookies:
- Cookie settings on the Site. Where a consent banner or preferences link is available, use it to accept or reject non-essential cookies.
- Your browser settings. Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies under Settings → Privacy. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site works.
- Google Analytics opt-out. You can install Google’s official browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics across websites.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we honor it as an opt-out request where technically feasible.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our practices or technologies change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
